1985 Honda Accord SE-i – Engine Stalls and Dies

My girlfriend has a 1985 Honda Accord SE-I, which stalls and dies whenever you put a load on the car. It started after she accidentally knocked a spark plug wire loose when checking the oil. I have replaced the cap, rotor, spark plugs, spark plug wires, and fuel filter. However, this problem is still the same whenever it is driven for very long. Do you have any suggestions?

1997 Toyota Camry LE 4Cyl – Oil Leak

My 1997 Toyota Camry LE 4Cyl with 130K miles has a substantial oil leak, which appeared to be coming from the oil pan gasket. I replaced the gasket. It still leaks from same location. I replaced gasket again. It is the same thing, it still leaks. The oil is descending from above the oil pan and appears to be coming from the pan, but not. It is near the right rear corner of the pan (viewing from back to front), just right of the plug location. Is it the main bearing seal? Please help.

My company car is a 2005 Taurus, just got 4 new tires about 20,000 miles ago. Now both rear tires are completely bald, front are still like new, is it possible the car has been wrecked and has frame problems? What would cause the rear tires to wear out so fast?

How Do I Fix the Horn Grounding Problem on My 98 Isuzu Rodeo?

I have a horn grounding out on a 98 Isuzu Rodeo. Do you have any idea on how to check it without bothering the airbag? It goes off at will and the only way to stop it from blowing is removing the fuse or disconnecting it. I am trying to avoid the high cost of repair if I can.

Cheve Truck 2WD – Repairing A Tilt Steering Wheel

I have a 1988 Chev Truck 2WD. I just need to know where I can find information on repairing a tilt steering wheel. None of the manuals I have get into that. The base of the steering column is tight. It is loose from the joint, where it tilts, up. Can you guide me in the right direction?

Saturn LW200 Wagon – Taillight Does Not Work

I have a 2001 Saturn LW200 wagon. During the day, if I hit the brakes, the taillight will work normally — it displays Red. However, if the headlights are on, and you hit the brake, the driver’s side taillight no longer works. I swapped out the bulb, but this does not solve the issue. Is this a problem with the taillight assembly, wiring, or something else?

1989 GMC S 15 Truck Engine Miss

My truck really starts to jerk when accelerating. My check engine light doesn’t come on. Can a mechanic still read the computer without a alarm to do so? I thought that maybe it was trash in the gas, plug wires look ok. I just don’t know. 1989 GMC S-15. 4.3 replaced two years ago. New plug, wires, converter, etc.

Buick Park Avenue

A friend gave me a print-out of one of your responses to a question sent to you by someone with a problem with their Park Avenue. I only want to share this information with you so that maybe in the future it might help you help someone else. After spending a total of $16,000.00+ for maintenance on our new Park Avenue over the past 12 years, I recently had a problem with the electrical system.
