I bought a 1999 Pontiac Sunfire for my son on Friday 1500.00.The person selling it said he was a mechanic, and it was at a shop. He said it needed 60 dollars parts to pass the safety – Pads, rotors, wheel bearing.
My charging system failure light comes on after starting my 2004 General Motors Car, mostly in the early morning. I have had a new alternator put on by the dealership after troubleshooting the problem and just purchased a new battery trying to solve the problem.
My car stalls when it warms up and I am driving it. I can drive in reverse without it stalling but if I put it in drive and push the gas, it dies.
How can I know, if the power window on my 2001 Dodge Caravan are working proper? How do I know if I should purchase the engine modem or the power control in the driver side on my car?
I have a 1989 Chevrolet Camaro 5.0L V8 and I am having some trouble with it and every mechanic I talk to does not seem to know what the problem is. When I start the car, it will idle a little uneven at first then even out.
I have a problem concerning my 1999 Chevrolet 1500 HD. My problem is when I drive sometimes it like stops running sometimes. However, I know it is not the battery and the alternator. When I start it up, I kinda runs very low on RPM’s around 500 maybe. I thought it would have been the fuel filter clogged off but I replaced it and that is not it either. Therefore, what is my problem and where should my RPM’s be running at when in park or neutral?
I just bought a 2000 Mazda Protégé for 3600 from a car dealer. From the first day that we started the car, there was a huge billow of smoke (I think it is white) from the exhaust. The dealer said that the car just needed an oil change.
My 1991 Mazda Protégé SOHC when started cold will rev very high RPMs until warm, about 5-7 min. It will not “kick” down.
